What it is: Externally monitored company news — funding, M&A, leadership changes, layoffs, expansions, product launches, and partnerships — tied directly to your leads, accounts, and opportunities.

What it surfaces

  • Event date and category (funding round, acquisition, leadership change, layoffs, expansion, new office, partnership, product launch, earnings report, regulatory change)

  • A plain-language summary of the event

  • A confidence level for each event

  • Optional source citations

Why it matters A funding round, a new VP, or a wave of layoffs at a target account is often the single best trigger for outreach timing — and the hardest thing for a rep to track manually across hundreds of accounts. This signal surfaces it automatically and ties it to the account record, so timing-sensitive plays (congratulate the new funding, route around the layoffs, target the newly appointed VP) don't depend on a rep happening to see the news.
