Why it matters A funding round, a new VP, or a wave of layoffs at a target account is often the single best trigger for outreach timing — and the hardest thing for a rep to track manually across hundreds of accounts. This signal surfaces it automatically and ties it to the account record, so timing-sensitive plays (congratulate the new funding, route around the layoffs, target the newly appointed VP) don't depend on a rep happening to see the news.
