RevSure Agent Builder – Node Definitions

The RevSure Agent Builder enables users to design intelligent automation workflows by connecting different functional blocks, called nodes. Each node performs a specific task — from triggering workflows and collecting inputs to leveraging AI and writing enriched data back into RevSure or external systems.
This modular design allows RevSure agents to be flexible, data-driven, and seamlessly integrated across marketing, sales, and revenue operations workflows.

Below is a breakdown of all the available node types and their functions.

1. Trigger

Defines when and how an agent workflow begins.

  • Manual: Must be initiated directly from the RevSure portal.

  • Scheduled: Executes automatically after a defined time interval or recurring schedule.

  • Real-Time: Activates instantly upon completion of a specific event, provided the conditions set in the Condition Builder are met.

2. Real-Time Event Conditions Node

Specifies which events and under what circumstances the real-time trigger activates.
Users can:

  • Select the event source and event type (e.g., CRM updates, form submissions, New lead/account added to CRM)

  • Add custom conditions to ensure the agent runs only for relevant leads or accounts, minimizing false positives and unnecessary executions.

3. User Input

The entry point for any Agent Builder flow.
It captures a user’s message or an incoming external event, validates it, and transforms it into structured context that downstream nodes can interpret.
This ensures every workflow starts with clean, actionable input.
