Competitor Signals

Prev Next

What it is: Surfaces every competitor mentioned across your leads, accounts, and opportunities — pulled from conversation intelligence (calls, meetings) and CRM fields — with the context behind each mention.

What it surfaces

  • Named competitors mentioned at the lead, account, and opportunity level

  • The context of the mention (e.g. "evaluated as alternative," "current incumbent tool," "chosen over us")

  • Which open deals have active competitive threats vs. which are historical/closed

  • Aggregated view of which competitors show up most often across your live pipeline

Why it matters: Competitive intel usually lives buried in call notes or in a rep's head. This signal rolls it up systematically — across every open deal, not just the ones a rep remembers to flag — so you can see which competitors are a genuine recurring threat, which deals are most contested right now, and where you have a real displacement opportunity (e.g., an incumbent's contract is expiring).

Example: "Show me competitor signals for open deals" returns a ranked view of which competitors appear most across your live pipeline, plus a flag on the specific deals where a competitive threat is active right now.
