What is Social Tracking?

Revsure's Social Tracking helps you keep an eye on how your audience interacts with LinkedIn posts and profiles. Whether it's your company's posts or influential profiles, Social Tracking makes understanding your audience's engagement simple and all in one place.

What Can You Track?

You can track two types of LinkedIn content easily:

  1. LinkedIn Posts: Check engagement on specific posts.

  2. LinkedIn Profiles: See interactions on specific user profiles.

Engagement Insights

Revsure captures different kinds of interactions:

  • Likes: Discover who’s appreciating your content.

  • Comments: Keep track of conversations happening around your posts.

  • Reposts: See who shares your content further, increasing its visibility.

Setting Up Your Tracking

Follow these simple steps to start tracking:

  1. Go to Social Tracking:

    • Go to Config Center

    • Click on Social Tracking

  2. Add Your URL:

    • Click "Add Tracking URL".

    • Choose either LinkedIn Post or LinkedIn Profile.

    • Paste the URL you want to track.

  3. Choose Engagements:

    • Select engagements you want to monitor (Likes, Comments, Reposts).

    • Choose your tracking timeframe (like next 7 days, 15 days, or custom dates).

  4. Set Sync Frequency:

    • Decide how frequently you'd like data to update (daily, weekly).

    • Choose specific days of the week for updates.

  5. Start Tracking:

    • Hit "Start Tracking" to begin.

Understanding Your Tracking Data

In your tracking overview, you'll clearly see:

  • Tracked URLs: List of URLs being monitored.

  • Engagement Types: The interactions you've chosen to track.

  • Contacts Tracked: Number of people engaging.

  • Tracking Duration: How long you're tracking each URL.

  • Sync Frequency: Frequency of data refresh.

Managing Your Tracked URLs

  • Edit: You can edit your sync and tracking metrics using the Edit icon.

  • Delete: You can delete any URLs you wish to not continue tracking.

View Tracked Contacts

You can see the details of the contacts that have engaged with the post along with other additional details:
