Introduction

This page enables you to configure your revenue funnel. In Funnel 360, the standard configuration is TOFU, BOFU, and MOFU. The stages are Visitors, Leads, MQLs, SQLs, SALs, Opportunities, Won. It also lists the status of each stage and state. You can change the standard configuration as per your business needs.


Note: RevSure will support multiple configurations of the funnels in the upcoming iterations

Configuring a Funnel

Adding a Funnel Group

  1. To add a Funnel Group, click on the New Group button

  2. Enter a name for the group

  3. Click Add Group

  4. Click Save


Adding a Funnel Stage

  1. To add a funnel stage, click on New Stage under the Funnel Group that you would like to create the stage

  2. Enter a name and, description for the stage

  3. Select the stage attribute that you would like to power that stage with, select the values for that stage, and click Apply

  4. If the funnel stage contains multiple states, configure the state values for the stage
    Note: Stage and State values are the raw data values coming from the chosen attribute or dimension values in case the source is a custom dimension

  5. Select the state attribute that you would like to power the stage's states, select the values for the stage's states, and click Apply

  6. Click Add Stage

  7. Click Save

Editing the Funnel Group

  1. To change the name of the group, click on the Edit icon

  2. Enter the name of your group, and click on the tick icon

  3. Click Save

Editing the Funnel Stages

  1. On the Standard Funnel, click on the Edit icon to change the name and description of the stage

  2. Enter the name and description, then click the tick icon

  3. Hover over the Stage to understand the RevSure attribute powering the stage and the values.

  4. Click Edit to change the source (Attribute, entity, or a custom dimension) and select a value.

    Note: Multiple attributes/custom dimensions can be used per stage group, and their values can be mapped to respective stages in that group

  5. Select the attribute mapping and Values for stage and state.

  6. Click Save.

Deleting a Funnel Group and Funnel Stage

  1. To delete a Funnel group, click on the Delete icon next to the Group name

  2. To delete a Funnel stage, click on the Delete icon next to the Stage name

  3. Click Save


Funnel Leakage

Funnel leakage determines the values of the attributes, which denote leakage/disqualification of leads from the Funnel stages. For each stage and state value, used to power the funnel, you can configure one or more leakage values. This configuration powers the Disqualified/Lost tab in both Unified Funnel and Pipeline, and Lead Conversion Intelligence

Note: Leakage is not mandatory for each attribute.

Adding Funnel leakage

  1. To add funnel leakage for an attribute, click on the edit icon

  2. Choose the leakage values and then click Apply

  3. Repeat the same for all stages and state attributes, for which you would like to add Leakage

  4. Click Save


Marking Pipeline and Booking stages

RevSure allows you to mark what are your funnel's pipeline and booking stages from the configured stages. This will reflect in the dashboard's Pipeline Projections under Sales Pipeline Readiness.

Note: Pipeline and booking stages cannot be the same. The pipeline stage cannot be after the Booking Stage
