Overview

The Chat Intelligence Signals panel uses AI to analyze customer chat conversations and surface meaningful insights such as sentiment, intent, discussion topics, product interests, customer questions, objections, feature requests, and competitor mentions.

Instead of reviewing every conversation manually, users can quickly understand customer engagement and identify opportunities or risks directly from the Lead, Account, or Opportunity.

Availability

Chat Intelligence Signals are available on:

  • Lead Prioritization

  • Account Prioritization

  • Opportunity Prioritization

Note: Chat Intelligence is generated only for supported chat integrations and analyzed conversations.

Opening Chat Intelligence

From the Prioritization table:

  1. Navigate to Lead, Account, or Opportunity Prioritization.

  2. Locate the Chat Signals column.

  3. Click any Chat Signal badge to open the Chat Intelligence summary panel.

The panel displays AI-generated insights for the selected record.

Chat Intelligence Signals

Overall Sentiment

Description

Overall Sentiment summarizes the customer's tone across all analyzed chat conversations.

It helps identify whether conversations have been generally positive, neutral, or negative.

Description

Positive

Customer interactions are generally favorable and engaged.

Neutral

Conversations are informational without strong positive or negative indicators.

Negative

Conversations indicate dissatisfaction, frustration, or concerns.

Sentiment Score

Description

The Sentiment Score is an AI-generated confidence score between 0 and 1 representing the overall sentiment.

Higher scores indicate more positive conversations.

Topics

Description

Topics identify the primary business subjects discussed during customer conversations.

The panel displays:

Intent

Description

Intent identifies what the customer is trying to accomplish based on conversation context.

This helps Sales and Customer Success understand the customer's current objective.

Intent Priority

Description

Intent Priority indicates how urgent the identified customer need appears.

Customer Questions

Description

Customer Questions lists important questions asked by the customer that were identified during chat analysis.

These help teams quickly understand what information the customer is seeking.

  • Which metrics are available?

Unanswered Questions

Description

Highlights customer questions that have not yet been answered in the analyzed conversations.

Reviewing unanswered questions helps teams prioritize follow-up actions.

Product Interests

Description

Product Interests identifies products, features, or capabilities that the customer has shown interest in.

Feature Requests

Description

Feature Requests captures enhancements or capabilities explicitly requested by the customer.

These requests are automatically grouped and summarized using AI.

Description

Objections identifies concerns expressed by the customer that may slow adoption or impact buying decisions.

Chat Summary

Description

Provides an AI-generated summary of the analyzed conversations.

The summary highlights key discussion points, customer priorities, and recommended follow-up areas.

Analysis Metadata

The Chat Intelligence panel also displays analysis metadata.

Description

Threads Analyzed

Number of chat threads included in the analysis.

Last Thread

Date and time of the most recent analyzed conversation.

Last Updated

Timestamp when Chat Intelligence was last refreshed.

How Chat Intelligence Is Generated

Chat Intelligence is generated by analyzing customer conversations using AI.

The analysis identifies:

  • Overall customer sentiment

  • Business topics

  • Customer intent

  • Product interests

  • Questions

  • Feature requests

  • Objections

  • Competitor mentions

  • Product mentions

The results are continuously updated as new supported conversations become available.

Note: Chat Intelligence reflects analyzed conversations only and should be used alongside CRM activities and GTM Signals for a complete view of customer engagement.
