Overview
The Chat Intelligence Signals panel uses AI to analyze customer chat conversations and surface meaningful insights such as sentiment, intent, discussion topics, product interests, customer questions, objections, feature requests, and competitor mentions.
Instead of reviewing every conversation manually, users can quickly understand customer engagement and identify opportunities or risks directly from the Lead, Account, or Opportunity.

Opening Chat Intelligence
From the Prioritization table:
Navigate to Lead, Account, or Opportunity Prioritization.
Locate the Chat Signals column.
Click any Chat Signal badge to open the Chat Intelligence summary panel.
The panel displays AI-generated insights for the selected record.

Overall Sentiment
Description
Overall Sentiment summarizes the customer's tone across all analyzed chat conversations.
It helps identify whether conversations have been generally positive, neutral, or negative.

Sentiment Score
Description
The Sentiment Score is an AI-generated confidence score between 0 and 1 representing the overall sentiment.
Higher scores indicate more positive conversations.

Description
Topics identify the primary business subjects discussed during customer conversations.
