Need to push a list of leads from RevSure into Salesforce campaigns without leaving the application? The Salesforce Campaign Member Write-back makes that possible—quickly and easily.
With just a few clicks, you can sync any Rev Sure-generated list into a Salesforce campaign as members, track their status, and activate them in downstream workflows or reports.
What Is the Salesforce Write-back Feature?
This feature allows you to add RevSure lists directly to Salesforce campaigns as campaign members, complete with member status.
No CSV exports. No manual imports. Just clean, easy syncing that keeps your systems talking and your teams aligned.
Key Use Cases
Fuel Targeted Campaigns in Salesforce
Have a webinar coming up? A product launch? Sync a tailored list of leads into a Salesforce campaign, so your marketing team can reach the right people fast.
Improve Campaign Reporting
Assign member statuses like “Sent” or “Responded” right when you sync—so Salesforce reports reflect real engagement, not just generic membership.
Keep Systems in Sync
Make RevSure the starting point for your outreach, and keep Salesforce up-to-date in just one step.
How to Set It Up
Setting this up is just as easy as the HubSpot write-back. Here's how:
1. Go to Your Audience/List
Start in the Edit Audiences & Lists section. Choose your list and make sure the List Type is set (e.g., “Lead”).
2. Click “Sync”
This opens your write-back panel. Select the Salesforce integration card labelled “Add to Salesforce as Campaign Members (RevSure Salesforce)”.
3. Add a New Campaign
Click the Add New button and select a Salesforce campaign from the dropdown (e.g., “Customer Conference — Email Invite”).
4. Set Member Status
Pick a status like:
Sent
Responded
This tells Salesforce how each contact should be tagged inside the campaign.
5. Choose Sync Preference
You can:
Sync Now – Push the list right away
Add to Daily Sync Schedule – Set it on autopilot
Click Save to confirm your choice.
Monitor Sync Activity
Once you’ve initiated the sync, RevSure will log:
The selected Salesforce campaign
Member status applied
Sync time & mode (manual or scheduled)
Sync status (success or failure)
Click on View Logs anytime to keep tabs or troubleshoot.
Tips
Name your RevSure lists clearly so they’re easy to map to campaigns (e.g., “Webinar Registrants - Q3”).
Assign accurate member statuses for better campaign tracking and attribution inside Salesforce.
Use Daily Sync to keep campaigns fresh without lifting a finger.
