LinkedIn Audience Update Agent

The LinkedIn Audience Update Agent enables marketing and demand generation teams to automatically synchronize high-intent leads and accounts from RevSure's full funnel data model into LinkedIn Matched Audience segments.

The agent identifies leads and accounts based on ICP fit and real-time buying signals — drawn from website engagement, meeting intelligence, CRM activity, job changes, and third-party intent data — and writes them directly to LinkedIn. It can also be combined with lead scoring, email outreach, and other agentic actions, and can write results back to Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or other destination systems.

Running the Agent

The agent supports three run modes:

Settings for triggering agents, including manual, schedule, and event-based options.

Mode 1: On Demand (Prompt-Based)

Use this mode to manually trigger a one-time audience update based on a natural language description of your ICP and signal criteria.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to Agents → LinkedIn Audience Update Agent

  2. Select Run Now

  3. Enter your ICP prompt in the text field (see Prompt Guide below)

  4. Select the LinkedIn Matched Audience segment to update (or create a new one)

  5. Click Run Agent

The agent will process RevSure's full funnel data, identify matching leads and accounts, and push them to the selected LinkedIn segment. You will receive a run summary showing matches found and records pushed.

Mode 2: Scheduled

Use this mode to automatically refresh LinkedIn audiences on a recurring basis.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to Agents → LinkedIn Audience Update Agent

  2. Select Create Schedule

  3. Enter your ICP prompt

  4. Select the target LinkedIn Matched Audience

  5. Choose frequency: Daily, Every 3 Days, Weekly, or Custom

  6. Select run time (recommended: off-peak hours)

  7. Toggle Active and click Save

The agent will run automatically at the configured interval and update the LinkedIn audience with the latest signal-qualified matches.

Mode 3: Real-Time (Website Visitor Trigger)

Use this mode to trigger an audience update the moment a high-intent visitor lands on your website.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to Agents → LinkedIn Audience Update Agent

  2. Select Create Real-Time Trigger

  3. Define the trigger condition (e.g., visited pricing page, viewed 3+ pages, returning visitor from target account)

  4. Enter your ICP prompt or select a saved prompt

  5. Select the target LinkedIn Matched Audience

  6. Save

When the trigger condition is met, the agent runs immediately and adds the qualifying lead or account to the LinkedIn segment.

Combining With Other Agentic Actions

The LinkedIn Audience Update Agent is composable. Within RevSure's workflow builder, you can chain it with:

  • Lead Scoring — automatically score and prioritize matched leads after each agent run

  • Email Outreach — trigger an outreach sequence to the same signal-qualified accounts identified by the agent

  • Additional agents — combine with other RevSure agents in a multi-step workflow

Writing Effective Prompts

The agent interprets natural language prompts to identify matching leads and accounts from RevSure's data model.

Prompt structure: Describe the ICP attributes + signal criteria that define the audience you want to target.

Example prompts:

  • "VP or Director level contacts at companies with 200–2000 employees in North America who have visited our pricing page in the last 30

Tips:

  • Specify seniority, function, industry, and company size for best results

  • Include time windows for signal-based criteria (e.g., "in the last 30 days")

  • Combine firmographic and signal criteria for highest-precision audiences

  • Reference specific funnel stages where relevant (e.g., "accounts in Discovery or Evaluation stage")

CRM and Destination Writeback

In addition to LinkedIn, the agent can write matched leads and accounts back to your CRM or marketing automation platform.

Supported destinations: All CRM and Map systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo.

To enable writeback:

  1. In the agent configuration, Add a writeback node

  2. Select the destination system

  3. Select the field or list to update (e.g., custom field, campaign membership, or tag)

  4. Click Save
