Whether you want to sync segmented leads, campaign lists, or engagement-based audiences, this tool keeps your workflows connected and your teams aligned.

What Is the HubSpot Write-back Feature?

It’s a direct integration that allows you to sync selected RevSure lists into your HubSpot account as contact lists. Once synced, these lists can be used in email campaigns, workflows, reporting, and more.

Think of it as a “write-to-HubSpot” button—custom lists built in RevSure, now just a click away from your preferred marketing tool.

How to Set It Up

Setting up HubSpot write-back is easy. Here’s the step-by-step:

1. Select Your List

Go to Audiences & List, select the list that you want to write back from your table of pre-existing lists.

2. Click “Sync”

Once your list is ready, hit the Sync button to open the write-back options.

3. Select Your HubSpot Connection

You'll see your available integration (e.g., RevSure HubSpot). Choose this to get started.

4. Pick a HubSpot List

Click “Add New,” and select an existing HubSpot list to write into—or search from dropdown options populated from your HubSpot workflows and saved lists.

5. Choose Your Sync Preference

You can:

  • Sync Now – Push the list instantly into HubSpot

  • Add to Daily Sync Schedule – Keep the list updated daily with new records

Pick what fits your campaign schedule best, then click Save.

View Logs & Track Syncs

Once synced, you can monitor sync activity via the View Logs button. You’ll see:

  • Connection name

  • Timestamp

  • Sync mode (manual or scheduled)

  • Status (success or failure)

  • Error details (if any)

This keeps your team informed and gives visibility when troubleshooting sync issues.

Handling Errors

If something doesn’t sync properly:

  • The status column will show a  “Failed” badge

  • You’ll see logs with timestamps under View Logs

Tips

  • Always name your lists clearly (e.g., “Unengaged Contacts - Q2”) for easier tracking in both systems.

  • Combine RevSure filters with HubSpot workflows for highly personalized marketing plays.

  • Monitor logs after your first sync to confirm everything flows smoothly.
