Outreach is like the coach that keeps your sales team organized, consistent, and efficient. It manages outreach across emails, calls, and social channels, giving reps clear insights into what’s working, helping them stay productive and close more deals.
Steps to Set Up
Select Outreach on the Add Datasource page.
On the Configure Outreach page, enter the Connection Name .
Give a unique name to your instance..png)
Select the Start Date for your Outreach integration.
Note: By default, the sync historical data is set to 18 months. The sync duration gives insights into trends, and helps with projections and estimationSet the Sync Frequency. This determines how often RevSure will connect to Outreach to replicate new data. The duration of replication may vary depending on the available data. By default the sync frequency is set to Daily.
Click the Sync Frequency dropdown list to change the settings. Set how often you want to sync the historical data:
Repeat: Select the frequency of syncing the data - Every 6 hours / Every 12 hours / Daily

If you select Daily Sync:

After setting sync frequency, set the time zone for the time at which the sync should occur

Click Connect.

This takes you to the Outreach login page
Enter your Outreach credentials to authenticate the connection.
