Overview

The Account Meeting Signals Summary gives revenue teams an instant view of deal health for any account — derived automatically from recorded conversations. RevSure analyzes meetings across all connected recording tools and surfaces structured signals so reps and managers can assess an account without manually reviewing call notes.

They can be written back to connected CRM systems and used to trigger agentic outreach workflows within RevSure.

How it works

RevSure processes all recorded meetings associated with an account and generates a set of AI-derived signals after each conversation. Signals reflect the aggregated state across all meetings — not just the most recent one. They update automatically as new meetings are recorded.

Any meeting recording tool connected to RevSure will contribute to signal generation. No manual input is required.

Where to find it

The Account Meeting Signals Summary is available on every account profile page, within the Account Prioritization module.

Multiple people exploring independently. No unified champion yet.

Stakeholder misalignment

Contacts sending conflicting signals. Internal alignment at risk.

Stalled at account level

No meaningful engagement in recent weeks. Deal at risk of going dark.

Low Intent

Limited signals. Prospect may be early-stage or not actively buying.

CRM writeback and agentic workflows

All account meeting signals can be written back to your connected CRM, keeping deal records current without manual updates. Signals also serve as triggers for agentic outreach workflows in RevSure — for example, automatically initiating a re-engagement sequence when an account is marked as Stalled, or flagging an upsell opportunity to the CSM team when a Seat Expansion signal is detected.

For configuration details, see CRM Writeback and Agentic Workflows in the Integrations section.
