# Reli Help

**Reli Help** is RevSure’s intelligent AI assistant, seamlessly integrated within the application to provide instant support and guidance. Powered by Eddy AI and trained on RevSure’s comprehensive knowledge base, Reli Help allows users to ask natural language questions and receive accurate, contextual responses—all without leaving the platform.

Whether you're exploring a feature, need help interpreting data, or simply looking for how-to instructions, Reli Help ensures that assistance is always just a click away.

## How to Use Reli Help

Follow these simple steps to make the most of Reli Help:

3. **Enter Your Question** Type your question in natural language. *Example:* “How is opportunity propensity calculated?”

6. **Access Full Articles** Clicking a source link will open the full article on the RevSure Knowledge Base in a new tab for deeper exploration.
