Reli Configuration

Get Reli feeling like a true part of your team in just a few clicks. Customize everything from your company’s voice to how Reli protects your data, and you’ll unlock AI that’s tailored to your needs.

Company Details: Set the Stage

Give Reli the context to sound & feel like you:

  • Company Name: This is how Reli refers to your business in messages and intros.

  • Industry Type: Select your sector (e.g., Data Analytics, SaaS, Healthcare) so Reli can frame examples that hit home.

  • Brand Tone: Professional, Friendly, or Conversational—pick what matches your style guide.

  • Company Size: Startups (1–10 people) to Enterprises (10,000+)—this helps Reli tailor its suggestions.

  • Website URL: Your homepage or microsite that Reli can reference when needed.

  • Company Description: A brief (500-character) elevator pitch. Keep it snappy—think "why we matter" in one or two sentences.

Knowledge Base: Fuel for Smart Responses

Upload your go-to resources so Reli can draw from your world:

  • Website URLs: Paste any additional URLs (docs, blogs, support sites) where Reli should look for info.

  • Document Uploads: Drag in PDFs—case studies, whitepapers, sales decks—and watch Reli pull key takeaways when you ask.

ICP Definition

You can define your Ideal Customer Profile for Lead and Account by giving a description within 500 words.

System Prompts

You can customize how the AI assistant responds by configuring the system prompts and defining your preset prompts:

You can define each of the prompts for the Reli Assist for Widgets, Reli Assist for Entities, Page Level Summary, and Agent Prompts.


Integration Settings: Where & How Reli Shows Up

General

  • Enable in Reli Assist: Flip this on to call Reli inside your CRM or email composer.

  • Enable in Agents: Turn it on to add Reli as a chat agent or support bot.

  • LinkedIn Data Refresh: Decide how often (default: 7 days) Reli syncs fresh insights from LinkedIn.

Response

  • Select the tone and response style of the AI from the following:

    • Friendly (Casual conversational Tone), Concise (Clear, to-the-point messages),  and Professional (Formal, business appropriate)

  • Select the formality level from the following:

    • Casual, Balanced, and Formal

Privacy

  • Data Retention: Pick how long conversation logs and uploaded docs stick around (30, 60, or 90 days).

  • Anonymization: Toggle on to automatically scrub personal info (PII) from responses.

Ready, Set, Test!

  1. Save & Refresh: Click Save, then reload your workspace to activate changes.

  2. Ask Reli: Try prompts like, "Draft a customer email in our brand tone using the latest MABL case study."

  3. Refine: Not quite right? Head back to tweak tone, docs, or privacy settings—Reli adapts instantly.
