Period Filters
This is the period within which a lead/opportunity should have been created in the funnel (funnel created date and not the source created date) from the campaigns that were filtered using the previous filter of ‘Campaign Date & Time’. Using this option, we look at the leads/opportunities that have a created date that falls in the date range selected by the user.
These filter options work in tandem with each other to help you narrow down the desired leads
Campaign Metrics Date
It defines the reporting period for campaign performance metrics such as Spend, Budget, Impressions, Clicks, CPC, CPM, CTR, and Conversions. This filter influences only the campaign-level data used in ROI calculations and does not affect which campaigns, leads, or opportunities are included in the analysis.
Campaign Member Engagement Date
It determines the specific time frame during which engagements from leads or opportunities with the campaign occurred. Unlike the Lead/Opportunity Created Date, which focuses on when the record entered the funnel, this filter captures when the actual engagement took place. It operates at the touch level, isolating only those interactions that happened within the selected window.
Attribution Lookback Window
It sets the period for evaluating which engagements qualify for attribution credit. It ensures that only relevant and timely interactions are included, filtering out older or less meaningful touches. This can be different for leads and opportunities. For example, leads — 30 days and Opportunities — 90 days. Only engagements that have engaged in the last 30 days for leads and 90 days for Opportunities will be used in the attribution.
