Need to push a list of leads from RevSure into Marketo without leaving the application? The Marketo List Write-back makes that possible—quickly and easily.

With just a few clicks, you can sync any RevSure-generated list into a Marketo static list, keep membership updated, and activate them in downstream campaigns, nurture streams, or reports.

What Is the Marketo Write-back Feature?

This feature allows you to add RevSure lists directly into Marketo static lists as members, complete with membership updates.

No CSV exports. No manual imports. Just seamless syncing that keeps your systems connected and your marketing team focused on execution.

Keep Systems in Sync

How to Set It Up

Setting this up is just as easy as the Salesforce write-back. Here’s how:

  1. Go to Your Audience/List
Start in the Edit Audiences & Lists section. Choose your list and make sure the List Type is set (e.g., “Lead”).

  2. Click “Sync”
This opens your write-back panel. Select the Marketo integration card labeled “Add to Marketo List (RevSure Marketo)”.

  3. Add to a Marketo List
Click the Add New button and select a Marketo static list from the dropdown (e.g., “Q3 Webinar Invitees”).

  4. Choose Sync Preference
    You can:

    • Sync Now – Push the list immediately

    • Add to Daily Sync Schedule – Automate recurring updates

Click Save to confirm your choice.

Monitor Sync Activity

Once you’ve initiated the sync, RevSure will log:

  • The selected Marketo list

  • Sync time & mode (manual or scheduled)

  • Sync status (success or failed)

Click on View Logs anytime to track activity or troubleshoot.

Tips

  • Name your RevSure lists clearly so they map cleanly to Marketo (e.g., “Product Launch - Target Accounts”).

  • Use Daily Sync to keep your nurture and campaign lists fresh without manual updates.

  • Align RevSure list logic with Marketo campaign entry rules for smoother workflows.
