Custom Tags allow you to define your own lead classifications using a flexible rule builder. These tags help you quickly segment, filter, and analyze leads directly within the Lead Prioritization module , without needing external lists or manual work.
What are Custom Tags?
Custom Tags are user-defined labels that are automatically applied to leads based on conditions you configure. Each tag is powered by rules built on the same columns you see in the Lead Prioritization table.
Once created, tags can be used to:
Instantly filter the output table
Understand lead segments at a glance
Standardize internal definitions (e.g., High Intent, Enterprise ICP)
Where to Find Custom Tags
Navigate to Lead Prioritization.
In the output table view, click the three-dot menu (⋮) above the table.
Select Manage Tags.
Creating a New Custom Tag
From Manage Tags, click Create a New Tag.

Fill in the following details:
1. Tag Name
A clear, recognizable name for the tag (e.g., High Buying Intent).
2. Description (Optional but Recommended)
Explain what the tag represents.
This description is shown when users hover over the tag.
3. Visibility / Applicable Tabs
Choose which tabs or views this tag should be available in.
4. Define Tag Conditions
The condition dropdown is powered by the columns in the Lead Prioritization table.
For each condition:
Select a column
Choose an operator (e.g., equals, greater than, contains)
Enter or select the value
Combine multiple conditions as needed to define your logic.

Click Save to create the tag.
How Tags Work Behind the Scenes
Tags are evaluated on the current output table, after all top-level filters are applied.
When you click on a tag:
A backend query runs using the tag’s defined conditions
The system computes results only from the existing output table rows
This ensures:
Fast performance
Context-aware results
No unexpected data outside your current view
Using Tags in the Lead Prioritization Table
Once created, tags appear on the output table.
Click a tag to instantly filter the table to leads matching that definition.
Hover over a tag to view its description and understand what it represents.
This makes tags a one-click way to apply complex logic without rebuilding filters every time.

Use clear and consistent naming so tags are easy to understand across teams.
Always add a description to document the intent behind the tag.
Reuse tags to standardize definitions instead of creating duplicate logic.
Periodically review and clean up unused or outdated tags.
